General Warranty :

All products sold by The Automatic Gate Co (TAGC) are covered by warranty. Manufacturers warranty period will vary from product to product. Gate openers come with a 24 month warranty (the motor and control board), and all accessories come with a 12 month warranty which includes, keypads, GSM, Safety Sensors and anything which has been added onto the motor as an extra to operate it.

It is important to remember that warranty is designed to cover a fault in manufacture of product or product component and/or an installation error, if TAGC technicians installed your product.

We will provide you with a full copy of the general warranty and service agreement terms and conditions upon completeion of your gate installation.

OPTIONAL TWO (2) YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

To take advantage of our exclusive two-year extended warranty all you need do is fill in the warranty registration form and comply with the warranty conditions. Warranty conditions in general include having an approved good initial installation and ongoing maintenance on your gate and opener on not less than an annual basis.
