Terms & Conditions

Quotations are valid for 30 days, after this time quotes are to be revised at The Automatic Gate Co's (TAGC) discretion.

A 50% deposit is required for TAGC to commence any work or order any materials.

All materials and products remain the property of TAGC until they are paid in full.

Final payment is to be made within 7 working days of completion or it will occur a 5% charge for each 7 days it is overdue. In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs

If the customer cancels a job TAGC will refund the customers deposit minus any materials used or labor taken place. 

Plans and Permits: It is the home owners responsibility to make sure planning and building permits are obtained from the appropriate authorities if required.

Clients are to ensure the site is clear of any obstructions and/or building materials prior to the commencement of the job. Clients will be quoted for removal and disposal should the site not be clear to start works.
